1. Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions shall apply:

• "14jl16," "the Platform," "we," "us," or "our" refers to the online gaming platform accessible at 14jl16.cam and all associated subdomains, applications, and services operated thereunder.
• "Player," "User," "you," or "your" refers to any natural person who accesses, registers on, or uses the 14jl16 platform for any purpose.
• "Account" means the personal account created by a Player upon successful completion of the registration process.
• "Balance" refers to the total amount of real-money funds held within a Player's Account, excluding bonus funds unless otherwise stated.
• "Bonus Funds" refers to any non-cash credits, promotional credits, free spins, or other incentives credited to a Player's Account under a promotional offer.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the total value of bets a Player must place before Bonus Funds or bonus-derived winnings become eligible for withdrawal.
• "KYC" refers to the Know Your Customer identity verification process required prior to first withdrawal processing.
• "Game Providers" refers to third-party software developers whose games are made available on the 14jl16 platform.
• "Philippine Peso" or "PHP" or "₱" is the primary currency of the 14jl16 platform for Players based in the Philippines.

2. Eligibility & Registration

2.1 Age Requirement

Access to and participation in real-money gaming on 14jl16 is strictly restricted to individuals who are twenty-one (21) years of age or older, consistent with Philippine gaming laws and regulations. By registering an Account, you represent and warrant that you meet this minimum age requirement. 14jl16 reserves the right to request proof of age at any time and to suspend any Account where age verification cannot be satisfactorily completed.

2.2 Residency and Jurisdiction

The 14jl16 platform is operated for and directed primarily at players residing in the Philippines. You are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of the platform complies with all applicable laws in your jurisdiction. If online gambling is prohibited or restricted by law in the territory from which you access the platform, you must not use 14jl16 services.

2.3 Registration Process

To open an Account, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information as requested during the registration form, including but not limited to: full legal name, date of birth, email address, mobile number, and residential address within the Philippines. You agree to promptly update your Account information if any details change.

2.4 One Account Policy

Each Player is permitted to maintain only one (1) active Account on 14jl16. The creation of multiple Accounts by the same individual — whether under the same identity or different identities — constitutes a material breach of these Terms & Conditions. 14jl16 reserves the right to close all duplicate Accounts and withhold any funds or bonuses associated therewith.

2.5 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials. You must not share your username or password with any third party. Any activity conducted through your Account shall be deemed to have been authorized by you unless you have notified 14jl16 of unauthorized access promptly upon becoming aware of it. 14jl16 shall not be liable for losses resulting from unauthorized access to your Account where such access occurred through your own negligence.

3. Account Management

3.1 Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification

Prior to processing a Player's first withdrawal request, 14jl16 requires completion of identity verification in accordance with applicable anti-money laundering (AML) regulations and responsible gaming policies. Acceptable government-issued identification documents include: Philippine Statistics Authority (PSA) National ID (PhilSys), Philippine passport, driver's license issued by the Land Transportation Office (LTO), Social Security System (SSS) card, Unified Multi-Purpose Identification (UMID) card, and Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) ID. Additional documentation may be requested at 14jl16's reasonable discretion.

3.2 Account Currency

All Account transactions on 14jl16 are denominated in Philippine Pesos (PHP / ₱) unless an alternative currency is expressly made available for specific payment methods. Currency conversion rates, where applicable, shall be determined by 14jl16 at its sole discretion based on prevailing market rates at the time of transaction.

3.3 Inactive Accounts

An Account shall be deemed inactive if there has been no login activity for a continuous period of twelve (12) months. 14jl16 reserves the right to impose an inactivity fee on dormant Account balances or to close such Accounts after providing reasonable notice to the registered email address. Players may reactivate dormant Accounts by contacting customer support and completing any outstanding KYC requirements.

4. Deposits & Payments

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

14jl16 accepts deposits via the following payment channels: GCash, Maya (formerly PayMaya), Bank Deposit and Online Transfer via BDO, BPI, UnionBank, Metrobank, and other participating Philippine banks, as well as cryptocurrency (USDT) where supported. The availability of specific payment methods may change and shall be indicated on the platform's deposit page at the time of transaction.

4.2 Minimum and Maximum Deposit Limits

Minimum and maximum deposit limits vary by payment method and are displayed within the cashier section of the platform at the time of deposit. 14jl16 reserves the right to adjust these limits at any time. Players at higher VIP tiers may be eligible for elevated deposit limits upon request and subject to satisfactory KYC status.

4.3 Deposit Processing Times

GCash and Maya deposits are credited to a Player's Account balance in real time, typically within sixty (60) seconds of payment confirmation. Bank transfer deposits may require additional processing time depending on the originating institution and transfer type. 14jl16 is not responsible for delays caused by the payment provider's own processing systems.

4.4 Deposit Source Restrictions

Players may only deposit funds from payment accounts held in their own name. 14jl16 strictly prohibits the use of third-party payment accounts or funding sources. Deposits made from accounts not belonging to the registered Player will be subject to investigation and may result in Account suspension and full refund of the deposit to the source account.

5. Withdrawals

5.1 Withdrawal Processing

14jl16 targets withdrawal processing within fifteen (15) minutes of request approval for GCash and Maya transactions. Bank transfer withdrawals may require up to three (3) business days depending on the receiving institution. These timeframes are targets and not guarantees; 14jl16 shall not be liable for delays attributable to third-party financial institutions or payment processors.

5.2 Withdrawal Conditions

Withdrawals are subject to the following conditions: (a) the Player's Account must have completed KYC verification; (b) the withdrawal amount must not exceed the verified Account Balance excluding locked Bonus Funds; (c) any applicable Wagering Requirements associated with active bonuses must be met before Bonus Funds or bonus-derived winnings may be withdrawn; and (d) the withdrawal must be directed to a payment account held in the Player's own name.

5.3 Minimum and Maximum Withdrawal Limits

Minimum withdrawal amounts and maximum per-transaction and per-period withdrawal limits are specified within the cashier section of the platform. These limits may vary by Player tier and are subject to periodic revision at 14jl16's discretion.

5.4 Withdrawal Verification

14jl16 reserves the right to request additional documentation prior to approving a withdrawal where the transaction triggers AML monitoring thresholds, where account activity is inconsistent with the Player's profile, or where the integrity of the funds in question is uncertain. Failure to provide requested documentation within the stated timeframe may result in withdrawal cancellation and return of funds to the Account balance.

6. Bonuses & Promotions

6.1 General Bonus Terms

All bonus offers made available on 14jl16 — including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and referral rewards — are subject to these general terms and any additional specific terms communicated on the relevant promotional page. In the event of conflict, the specific terms of a promotion shall prevail over these general terms to the extent of the inconsistency.

6.2 Wagering Requirements

Unless a promotion is expressly designated as "wagering-free," all Bonus Funds and winnings derived therefrom are subject to a Wagering Requirement before they may be withdrawn. The applicable Wagering Requirement multiplier for each promotion is displayed on the promotional page and within the Player's Account bonus section. 14jl16 is committed to transparent and fair wagering conditions; requirements are not altered retroactively once a bonus has been accepted by a Player.

6.3 Bonus Eligibility

A Player is entitled to claim a welcome bonus once, upon opening their first Account on 14jl16. Subsequent deposit bonuses and promotional offers may be subject to eligibility criteria including minimum deposit thresholds, specific payment method requirements, or opt-in actions. 14jl16 reserves the right to decline a bonus claim where there is reasonable evidence of bonus abuse, including but not limited to the use of multiple Accounts or coordinated wagering strategies designed to circumvent wagering requirements.

6.4 Bonus Expiry

Bonus Funds and associated wagering requirements are subject to expiry periods specified in each promotion's terms. Expired bonuses and any associated winnings that have not met the Wagering Requirement will be removed from the Player's Account without compensation. Players are encouraged to review bonus expiry periods before accepting any promotional offer.

7. Gameplay & Wagering Rules

7.1 Game Rules and Fairness

All games available on 14jl16 are provided by certified Game Providers whose Random Number Generators (RNGs) have been independently tested and certified for fairness by recognised testing laboratories. The outcome of each game is determined solely by the certified RNG and is not influenced by 14jl16 staff or systems outside of the normal game operation.

7.2 Bet Acceptance

A wager is considered accepted when it has been confirmed by the platform and a unique transaction reference has been generated. In the event of a technical failure or disconnection during the placement of a wager, 14jl16's server-side transaction log shall be the definitive record of bet acceptance and outcome. 14jl16 shall not be responsible for losses attributable to Player-side connectivity issues.

7.3 Manifest Errors

14jl16 reserves the right to void any wager, reverse any payment, and correct any Account balance that has been affected by a manifest error, including but not limited to incorrect odds published due to technical malfunction, misquoted game payouts, or erroneous bonus credits. Winnings derived from manifest errors do not constitute legitimate winnings and will not be honored.

7.4 Sports Betting Specific Rules

For sports betting markets including PBA, NBA, UAAP, UFC, international football, and other events made available on the 14jl16 platform, specific wagering rules governing bet settlement, void conditions, postponement policies, and maximum payout limits are detailed in the Sports Betting Rules section of the platform. These rules form part of these Terms & Conditions by reference.

8. Responsible Gaming

14jl16 is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices and maintaining a safe environment for all Players. We recognise that for a small percentage of individuals, gambling can develop into a problematic behaviour, and we take our role in harm minimisation seriously.

8.1 Responsible Gaming Tools

All 14jl16 Players have access to the following responsible gaming tools, available free of charge through the Account dashboard at any time:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps. Limit reductions take effect immediately; limit increases are subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Session Time Reminders: Configure notifications that appear after a defined period of continuous play to encourage regular breaks.
• Loss Limits: Set maximum loss thresholds within defined time periods to prevent unintended financial overexposure.
• Reality Checks: Enable periodic on-screen summaries of net session results to maintain awareness of gaming activity.
• Self-Exclusion: Request temporary (minimum 24 hours) or permanent exclusion from the platform. Self-exclusion requests are processed immediately upon submission and cannot be reversed during the nominated exclusion period.

8.2 Age Verification Enforcement

14jl16 employs technical and procedural measures to prevent access by individuals under 21 years of age. Where there is reasonable suspicion that an Account holder does not meet the minimum age requirement, 14jl16 will immediately suspend the Account and require submission of age-verifying documentation before permitting further access. All funds in an underage Account will be refunded to the depositing payment source.

9. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 14jl16 platform and constitutes a material breach of these Terms & Conditions:

1. Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or at any point during your use of the platform;
2. Registering more than one Account, whether under the same identity or different identities;
3. Using automated bots, scripts, software tools, or any form of artificial intelligence to place wagers or interact with the platform;
4. Engaging in collusion, match-fixing, arbitrage betting, or any form of coordinated play designed to gain an unfair advantage;
5. Exploiting software bugs, errors, or technical vulnerabilities for financial gain;
6. Using the platform for money laundering, fraud, or any other criminal or unlawful purpose;
7. Depositing funds from payment accounts not registered in your own name;
8. Sharing Account credentials with third parties or allowing third parties to access and use your Account;
9. Engaging in abusive, threatening, discriminatory, or otherwise inappropriate behaviour toward 14jl16 staff or other players;
10. Any attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise tamper with the platform's software, security systems, or game logic.

14jl16 reserves the right to take such action as it deems appropriate in response to prohibited conduct, including immediate Account suspension, permanent termination, forfeiture of Account balances, and referral to relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on the 14jl16 platform, including but not limited to the 14jl16 name, logo, trademarks, service marks, website design, text, graphics, images, audio, and software, is the exclusive intellectual property of 14jl16 or its duly licensed Game Providers and content suppliers. Nothing in these Terms & Conditions constitutes a transfer of intellectual property rights to the Player.

Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the platform for personal and non-commercial gaming purposes only. Any reproduction, redistribution, modification, or commercial exploitation of platform content without prior written consent from 14jl16 is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, 14jl16 and its directors, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of profits, revenue, business opportunity, data, or goodwill, whether arising in contract, tort, or otherwise, even if 14jl16 has been advised of the possibility of such losses;
• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the platform;
• Any loss or damage caused by temporary or permanent platform unavailability, technical malfunctions, network failures, or force majeure events including natural disasters, government actions, or civil disturbances;
• The outcome of any game, wager, or betting event, which is determined by certified RNG systems and real-world events outside of 14jl16's control.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions shall limit 14jl16's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under Philippine law.

12. Termination & Suspension

12.1 Termination by Player

You may close your 14jl16 Account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon Account closure, any verified real-money Balance remaining in the Account (net of applicable bonus restrictions) will be refunded to your registered payment method within fourteen (14) business days, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements.

12.2 Termination or Suspension by 14jl16

14jl16 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at any time with or without prior notice where: (a) the Player has breached these Terms & Conditions; (b) required identity documentation has not been provided within the stipulated timeframe; (c) activity on the Account raises reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, or other criminal conduct; (d) the Platform is required to do so by applicable law or regulatory directive; or (e) continued operation of the Account poses a risk to the integrity of the Platform or to other Players.

12.3 Effect of Termination

Upon termination of an Account, the Player's licence to use the platform ceases immediately. Bonus Funds and any winnings derived solely from Bonus Funds shall be forfeited upon termination for breach. Verified real-money balances may be retained by 14jl16 pending completion of any investigation into suspected prohibited conduct, with settlement made following the conclusion of such investigation.

13. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws of the jurisdiction under which 14jl16 operates. Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms & Conditions, or the breach, termination, or validity thereof, shall first be subject to good-faith negotiation between the parties.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through good-faith negotiation within thirty (30) days of written notice from the aggrieved party, the parties agree to submit the matter to binding arbitration in accordance with the applicable rules of commercial arbitration. The language of arbitration proceedings shall be English. Each party shall bear its own legal costs unless the arbitrator determines otherwise.

Nothing in this clause prevents 14jl16 from seeking interim injunctive or other equitable relief from a court of competent jurisdiction to protect its legitimate interests pending the outcome of arbitration.

14. Amendments to These Terms

14jl16 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered Players via the email address on file at least seven (7) days prior to the effective date of the revised terms, except where immediate amendments are required by law or regulatory directive, in which case changes take effect upon publication.

Your continued use of the 14jl16 platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms & Conditions. If you do not accept the revised terms, you must close your Account and cease use of the platform prior to the effective date.
